After leaving the Science Museum, we visited Thai Square for a quick lunch. This location is super small but the service was very fast and the workers were courteous. With just the two of us, we got a table right away but a larger group may have issues. The tables are close together, so if you want to have a private conversation, this is not the place. You will get to know the folks at the table beside you, whether you want to or not. We're pretty chill and fine with that though! We split an order of Shrimp Pad Thai and also had spring rolls. We do this to avoid leftovers or wasting food. The Pad Thai had lots of peanuts which gave it crunch. The spring rolls were piping hot, and I only wished I had more dipping sauce for them. London in general is more expensive than a lot of European cities, so lunch wasn't cheap, but it was about what we expected for the location.

Great food. Smaller portions size but excellent tasting thai food. Soup, panang curry, sweet and sour chicken all 5 stars

I enjoyed the food here quite a bit, and it wasn't nearly as crowded as some other places. We ordered the panang curry with chicken to split which proved an excellent choice. It didn't come in a bowl which was a bit strange but it tasted great. It was also a smaller portion than we expected but enough for us both (we weren't that hungry). The inside is cute and not super large. Our server was a little strange/seemed to be ignoring us as we were ordering, but the food came quickly.

Cute little place. Pad Thai was delicious! Tony was equally good. I'm glad we stumbled upon it.

Food is great as well as the service and ambiance. Also, nice seating and decor. Also the prices are great. An egg fried rice is 4 pence

This is one of those restaurants that have specific Asian characters and require some getting used to. I mean, the waiters are nice enough but their smiles and kindness are not immediately overwhelming in an industrialized, practiced way. It's more natural, subtle and genuine. And the food is as Thai as it comes, not the kind that is altered to cater to Western tastes. I love the prawn and noodle, done exactly right, with a particular inviting aroma. One thing to relieve those who cannot take much spice: the one pepper spicy level shown on the menu is actually pretty ok for an ordinary folk like me. All in all, it was a great dining experience paving way for an amazing night of Small Island at NT. (They do have pre-theatre meal options!)

Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with friendly service and given a table. The service remained prompt throughout my meal. I chose this restaurant for the large amount of vegetarian items, and I had the cashew tofu, which was very delicious. It was the right amount of spice and flavor. I was asked if I wanted rice with it, which I agreed to, and I don't know in retrospect if that was an extra charge. Still, it was a reasonable price for a glass of white wine and a meal. I would return if in the area.

As I indulged in various dishes, it was evident that each plate told a story of authenticity and passion. The aroma of Tom Yum soup, with its perfect balance of sour and spicy, was an instant reminder of the bustling street markets of Thailand. The Pad Thai was impeccably prepared, showcasing stir-fried rice noodles with a satisfying texture, topped with fresh ingredients that burst with flavor.

To wash it all down, I savored a selection of local beers and fine wines, ideal companions for the bold flavors on my plate.
